Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 27, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Kubix mobile game.

1. Overview

Kubix is designed to be played without creating a separate Kubix account. We aim to collect as little personal information as possible while providing gameplay, advertising, analytics and optional Game Center features.

2. Information We May Handle

Depending on the features you use and the permissions you grant, Kubix or its service providers may process:

  • Device and app information, such as device type, operating system version, app version, language and general diagnostic information.
  • Gameplay information, such as level progress, scores, selected theme, sound settings and haptic settings.
  • Advertising-related information, such as an advertising identifier, ad interactions and consent status, where permitted by law and your device settings.
  • Game Center information made available by Apple when you choose to sign in, such as your player profile, achievements or leaderboard score.
  • Information you voluntarily provide when contacting support by email.

3. How Information Is Used

Information may be used to:

  • Operate and improve Kubix.
  • Save your gameplay preferences and progress.
  • Display advertisements and, with permission, make advertisements more relevant.
  • Detect technical problems, crashes or misuse.
  • Enable optional Game Center leaderboards and related features.
  • Respond to support requests.

4. Advertising and Tracking

Kubix may display third-party advertisements. Advertising providers may process device information, advertising identifiers, approximate location derived from network information, ad interactions and similar data in order to deliver, measure and improve advertisements.

Where required, Kubix will request permission before accessing the device advertising identifier or tracking your activity across apps and websites owned by other companies. You may deny this permission and continue using the game. Ads may still appear, but they may be less personalized.

You can review or change tracking permissions from your iOS privacy settings. You may also be able to manage personalized advertising preferences through the settings provided by Apple or the relevant advertising provider.

5. Apple Game Center

Kubix offers optional Game Center features, including leaderboards. When you sign in to Game Center, Apple processes your Game Center account and related data under Apple's own privacy practices. Kubix does not receive or store your Apple ID password.

6. Local Storage and Data Retention

Gameplay progress and preferences may be stored locally on your device. Removing the app may remove this locally stored data unless it is preserved by an Apple service or device backup.

Data processed by third-party services is retained according to their own retention practices. Support emails may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to answer your request, resolve issues and meet legal obligations.

7. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that support advertising, analytics, crash reporting, Game Center functionality or technical operations. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

9. Children's Privacy

Kubix is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

10. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access, correction or deletion. You can also:

  • Decline tracking permission when requested.
  • Change tracking permission in iOS Settings.
  • Sign out of or manage Game Center through Apple settings.
  • Delete locally stored Kubix data by removing the app, subject to backups and Apple services.
  • Contact us with a privacy request.

11. International Processing

Third-party service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international data transfers.

12. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when material changes are made. Continued use of Kubix after an update means the revised policy applies to your use of the app.
